Heritage Inn Springdale, Springdale

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely room, despite the initial off-putting odor and roach problem. The hotel's service, although interrupted on a Sunday morning, was ultimately friendly and helpful. The location seemed promising with nearby stores and restaurants, yet the disarray and unappealing odor were undeniable drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were much nicer than my previous stay, which was a relief. However, the cleanliness of the surroundings left much to be desired, with filthy pathways to the rooms and a lack of accessible power outlets in mine. The service at the hotel was polite and accommodating, given the older facilities that need updating. Unfortunately, the location was disappointing, with a disarrayed and trashed environment that smelled unpleasant at times. Dining options were also lacking, which was a downside. However, the value for money was appealing for the advertised amenities.
